Piemonte Sausage is USDA Plant and has approved HACCP plans for not only fresh sausage (20+ flavors) but also shelf stable dry cured whole muscle products like Prosciuttos (pork and lamb) Capocollo, Filetto, Guanciale and Pancetta. Additionally we also produce several different salamis. So much opportunity here.
